4 recommended hostels around Shirakawa-go village.

Shirakawa-go is a little peaceful village between Kanazawa and Takayama. It is designated as a world heritage site for its Gassho style house.

There are 4 hostels (Guesthouse) around the village where you can stay in a dorm room at a reasonable price.

Make a reservation at least 3 months before during the peak season. (The peak season is winter because there are a lot of Asian tourists who go to see the village with SNOW!)
